Dunki Box Office Collection Day 4: Dunki, a film by Shah Rukh Khan, has had a good start at the box office. In just four days, the movie has earned Rs 108 crore in India. It is predicted to make even more money on Monday, as it is Christmas and a holiday. The film is also doing well worldwide and has entered the Rs 200 crore club.
Shah Rukh Khan’s movie, Dunki, is doing well at the box office, even though it’s competing with Prabhas’ film, Salaar. Dunki had a 25 percent increase in earnings on the fourth day, making Rs 31.50 crore. It has now entered the 100 crore club. Sacnilk claims that the movie made Rs 29.20 crore on its opening day, Rs 20.12 crore on Friday, and Rs 25.61 crore on Saturday.
Dunki has earned Rs 108 crore in India and an estimated Rs 215 crore worldwide as of day 4. On Sunday, the film had a 49.67 percent occupancy in Hindi theaters, with more people watching it in the evening. Since Monday is a holiday due to Christmas, the film is expected to do well at the box office. This is Shah Rukh’s first collaboration with director Rajkumar Hirani. Sunday was the highest-earning day for Dunki, both in India and internationally.
Dunki is Shah Rukh Khan’s third film this year, following the successful films Jawan and Pathaan. However, both Jawan and Pathaan had higher opening earnings, making 128.23 crore and 127.50 crore, respectively, in the first two days.
Dunki is the fourth Rajkumar Hirani film, along with PK, 3 Idiots, and Sanju, to earn over Rs 100 crore in India. It is also the 10th Shah Rukh Khan film to achieve this feat. The movie also features Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, and Anil Grover in important roles.
Prashanth Neel’s Salaar had a strong opening day with earnings of Rs 90 crore. According to Sacnilk, Salaar earned Rs 61 crore on Sunday, bringing the total box office collection in India to Rs 208 crore.
